This edition will be organised in partnership with SIREST IDEAS (March 6th to 10th 2010 - Paris Nord – Villepinte – Hall 5), and will gather 450 professionals in foodservice.

During this great event that took place on March 31st 2009 at the Théâtre du Merveilleux in Paris, Jean-François Monferran and Hervé Percherel were rewarded with the Gold Palm for their concept Villa Plancha (Casino Restauration).
The Silver Palm went to Pierre-Yves Bertrand for the concept Ouest Express (Paul Bocuse).
And the Bronze Palm was attributed to Luc and Corinne Reversade, and Kely Starlight for their concept La Folie Douce – Nuvo Self.
